6.4. Start the backup

  1. Check the selection displayed in step 3 — The selected databases appear in the Selection field.
  2. Choose separate or grouped mode — For multiple databases, select the format that meets your needs.
  3. Click “Run the dump” — SQLmig starts the operation and displays its status.
  4. Wait until it finishes — Do not consider the backup complete until the status indicates that the operation was successful.
